Overview
These terms govern the use of naxium.com.au and any services provided by Naxium Pty Ltd. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Naxium provides custom software and automation services to businesses. Specific terms for each engagement are set out in a separate Statement of Work. In the event of conflict, the Statement of Work takes precedence.
Payment
Invoices are issued per the agreed schedule in the Statement of Work. Payment terms are 14 days from invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may attract interest at 2% per month.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables produced for your engagement. Naxium retains the right to use general techniques and know-how developed during the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, Naxium's liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
